Create CutsceneScene.js. Diegetic side-view profile of Panzer IV with character portraits. Triggered between zones, after boss fights, key story beats. Dialogue system + animations. TDD: test cutscene triggers at correct story beats, test dialogue progression, test scene transitions back to gameplay.
