[S4] Endings: 4 bleak ending conditions + triggers #60

Implement 4 endings from GDD: The Eternal Retreat (fuel=0 in final zone), The Last Transmission (successful radio transmission + failed response), The Iron Grave (overload engine, pyrrhic victory), The Silent Witness (survive to city, find it abandoned). TDD: test each ending triggers under correct conditions, test cutscene plays, test save records ending.
